Adam earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Exercise Science & Human Performance in 2002 at West Virginia University. He earned his Masters degree in Physical Therapy from West Virginia University in 2003. After practicing in New Martinsville and Lewisburg, WV, he joined the staff of Mountain State Physical Therapy in 2006 and became the Shinnston facility director. In 2009, Adam completed orthopedic residency training through Evidence in Motion. In 2010, he became certified as an Orthopedic Specialist. His particular interest includes manual therapy of the spine, pelvis and extremities.
Shane earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in Aquatic Therapy in 2013 at West Virginia University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from West Virginia University in 2016. Shane joined the staff at Mountain State Physical therapy upon graduation in June 2016. He received the William T. Stauber Research Award for a collaborative research effort that was published in the January 2017 edition of The Journal of Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy and was also nominated as a Feature Student of the West Virginia University Doctorate of Physical Therapy Class of 2016. Shane is currently completing continuing education to become a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist.
Physical Therapist Assistant
Erric Waddell is a 2011 graduate of Pierpont Community and Technical College with a AAS Physical Therapy Assistant degree. Erric is board certified by the state of West Virginia. He has been employed with Mountain State Physical Therapy since 2002.

Brandon graduated from Bethany College in 2006 with a degree in psychology and is a 2012 graduate of Pierpont Community and Technical College with a Physical Therapist Degree. He has been employed at Mountain State Physical Therapy since October 2012.
