💡 Employee Spotlight 💡

Paige Hacker PT, DPT, OCS

Paige is a Physical Therapist at our Shinnston location and has been working with Mountain State for 5 years. More about Paige!

1. What is your favorite movie or show?

My favorite movie is Coach Carter, and my favorite TV show is Grey’s Anatomy!

2. What is your favorite type of music/artist?

I enjoy most genres of music, but I especially like county…. Luke Combs is my favorite!

3. What is your least favorite chore?

Doing the dishes… thank goodness for dishwashers!

4. What is your biggest pet peeve?

Loud obnoxious chewing and noises.

5. What is your favorite thing about West Virginia?

Where to begin… the people, the culture, the scenery, and WVU basketball! Let’s go Mountaineers!

6. What patients do you like to treat and why are they your favorite?

I enjoy treating most conditions and populations from geriatrics to pediatrics, but I especially love working with athletes. In high school, I severely sprained my ankle and went through several months of physical therapy to return to sport. I instantly fell in love with the profession and knew this is what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. There is something a little extra special about helping an athlete return to sport and overcome the emotional and physical obstacles of an injury.
