Andy is the President of Mountain State Physical Therapy, LLC. He has been a practicing Physical Therapist in WV and PA since 1994. Andy is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, Certified Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Andy is a former Chair of the WVPTA Practice Committee and current committee member of the WVPTA Payer Relations Committee. Andy enjoys treating spinal related conditions.

Andrea Robinson started with MSPT in March 2023. She has worked in outpatient physical therapy clinics for over 20 years in PA, SC and WV. She graduated from Saint Francis University in 2002. Andrea enjoys treating all orthopedic conditions with a special interest in low back conditions. She is a busy mom of two girls (ages 6 and 9) and enjoys cooking and boating with them on Cheat Lake.

Tyler Zahnow has been working for Mountain State for nearly 3 years now. Tyler has worked at multiple clinics but currently is working at our Fairmont office on a regular basis. Tyler is a native of Wheeling, WV. He graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University with his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2017 and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019. During his undergraduate years, he was a decathlete and received various Mountain East athletic awards. In his spare time he enjoys working out, golfing, and snowboarding. He lives in Morgantown with his wife Elizabeth and dog Lola.

Tim Elliott came to Mountain State Physical Therapy back in 1999 as the first PT Assistant to join the MSPT Staff. He received his Associate of Applied Science, PT Assistant degree from Fairmont State College. His continuing education has focused mainly on hands-on Manual Therapy for Orthopedic and other injuries, as well as injury prevention. He has received Certifications in Advanced Ergonomics Testing, Strength Training Specialist, as well as being trained in IASTYM. He recently earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Healthcare Administration from Fairmont State University. Tim enjoys spending time with his Family and Friends, traveling to soccer tournaments with his children and riding Mountain Bikes. He is an avid and loyal Mountaineer, Bengals, Cleveland Baseball and Liverpool FC Fan, as are his children.
